The ever pop­u­lar Coun­cil­lor Roger Ce­les­tine/BGTT-part spon­sored Ty­ro Sports Club Off Sea­son Foot­ball League, is set for a re­turn from Feb­ru­ary 16, at the Ato Boldon Recre­ation Ground, low­er San­ta Cruz.

Some $17,000 in cash prizes as well as tro­phies are up for grabs in the tra­di­tion­al Big-Eight com­pe­ti­tion, with the cham­pi­on team set to take home $10,000.

The reg­is­tra­tion fee is $400 per team and the dead­line is set for Feb­ru­ary 15. Reg­is­ter­ing teams are al­so re­quired to pay an of­fi­ci­at­ing fee of $70 for each match. The com­pe­ti­tion is ex­pect­ed to end on April 1.

A day af­ter the open­ing of the Off Sea­son Foot­ball League, both the "Sev­en-ah-Side" Open League Night Foot­ball League and the "Sev­en-ah-Side" 40-and-Over Night Foot­ball League will com­mence. The Big-Eight cham­pi­on in both leagues will re­ceive $5,000, fol­lowed by the run­ner-up prize of $2,000.

Reg­is­tra­tion for the Open and 40-and-Over di­vi­sions will cost $300 for each team, with an ad­di­tion­al $30 of­fi­ci­at­ing fee for each match. The dead­line for reg­is­tra­tion is al­so on Feb­ru­ary 15.
