AS II takes Don Miguel Windball title

AS II copped the Don Miguel/Ministry of Sport Lucozade Super sixes tournament on the weekend after they whipped Mix Up Boys by 14 runs in the finals.

Batting first AS II got 83 for two off five overs with Isaac Kennedy getting 19 and Christopher Calderon 24 not out. Mix-up boys in reply were held to 69 for two in their five overs with Marlon Morris getting 32 not out. 

In women’s play Tamana United won the title after they defeated Cricket Lovers by nine runs. Taking first strike Tamana scored 42 for five off five overs and Cricket Lovers could not get over the hurdle reaching 33 for four in reply.
