Al­ter­na­tive Di­vi­sion league cham­pi­on UTT added the Fast Five Tour­na­ment ti­tle to bag on Sat­ur­day, when the team dropped TSTT 22-13, at the East­ern Re­gion­al In­door Sport Are­na, Tacarigua.

The day's ac­tion saw the Retro and Al­ter­na­tive Di­vi­sions in ac­tion, with Com­plete Cus­toms Ser­vices (CCS) tak­ing the for­mer ti­tle.

CCS al­so got a win over TSTT in the fi­nal, this in a tighter bat­tle, which end­ed 16-14.

The Retro Di­vi­sion saw Les Femmes con­cede de­fault loss­es in all of its fix­tures, while Harlem de­fault­ed in the sec­ond round.

TSTT chal­lenged Les En­fants in the semi­fi­nal round, with the for­mer cop­ping an 18-7 win, while CCS en­joyed a de­fault win over Harlem in the oth­er semi­fi­nal.

In the Al­ter­na­tive Di­vi­sion, Costaatt and USC chose not to par­tic­i­pate for "re­li­gious rea­sons."

UTT made light work of Po­lice in the open­ing semi­fi­nal, win­ning 25-5, while TSTT won both of its fix­tures by de­fault.

The match­es were played in a "short and fast" dou­ble-elim­i­na­tion for­mat. The for­mat al­lowed for teams which suf­fered a loss in the first round, an op­por­tu­ni­ty to re­deem it­self to qual­i­fy for the fi­nal.
