The T&T Karate Federation (TTKF) will be hosting a series of public demonstrations and workshops to promote the martial arts systems within the organisation starting in April.

All the systems of the TTKF will be taught which includes traditional Karate, Kung-Fu, Freestyle Karate, ITF Taekwondo, Ju-Jitsu, and Aikido. The TTKF clubs will hold these demonstrations at parks, savannahs and community centres throughout the country. Queen’s Park Savannah, Aranguez Savannah and Eddie Hart Grounds are a few of the locations the federation has in mind.

It will also serve as a way of educating the general public of the many benefits of martial arts training and how it can improve one’s life ‘beyond technique.’

For more information contact TTKF general secretary Glenn Forte at [email protected] or at 355-7909.
