With pro­mo­tion al­ready se­cured, Guaya Unit­ed and Mal­abar FC will be aim­ing to con­clude their in­volve­ment in the T&T Foot­ball Fed­er­a­tion Cham­pi­ons of Cham­pi­ons qual­i­fiers on a high with vic­to­ries in their fifth and fi­nal round-robin match­es to­mor­row from 4 pm.

Guaya Unit­ed, cham­pi­ons of the East­ern Coun­ties Foot­ball Union and Mal­abar, win­ners of the East­ern Foot­ball As­so­ci­a­tion Pre­mier Di­vi­sion, both se­cured their pro­mo­tion to this year's blink/bmo­bile Na­tion­al Su­per League af­ter re­sults of their round four match­es on March 13.

Guaya which leads the ta­ble with ten points from four match­es did so af­ter bat­tling to a 2-2 draw away to En­ter­prise Youths at Ed­in­burgh 500 Recre­ation Ground while Mal­abar blast­ed St Fran­cois Na­tion­als, 4-0 led by a beaver-trick from St Vin­cent and The Grenadines, Shan­del Samuel.

To­mor­row, Guaya will trav­el to Diego Mar­tin North Sec­ondary Ground for a meet­ing with cel­lar placed St Fran­cois while Mal­abar jour­neys to the sis­ter-isle To­ba­go for its match against Bethel Unit­ed, and in the oth­er match, Pt Fortin Civic Cen­tre en­ter­tains En­ter­prise Youths at Ma­haica Oval, Pt Fortin. All match­es kick off at 4 pm.
