Falo­mi Mar­cano of First Cit­i­zens Bank won her third con­sec­u­tive Car­ifin Games Aer­o­bics Burnout ti­tle on Wednes­day in front of a large crowd at Cen­tral Bank Plaza.In the fe­male cat­e­go­ry, Mar­cano last­ed for al­most an hour (57:30) to out­last an­oth­er for­mer cham­pi­on Mum­taz Ama­r­ali (56:58) of Re­pub­lic Bank. Adona Joseph of Sagi­cor last­ed for 54:30 to fin­ish in third po­si­tion.

Mar­cano af­ter the com­pe­ti­tion stat­ed "I love aer­o­bics; just say aer­o­bics and I am there. The sup­port to­day from friends and fam­i­ly was great; they all said they were rout­ing for me."In the male cat­e­go­ry, First Cit­i­zen's Kieron Hart was the last man stand­ing in a time of 52:34, get­ting the bet­ter of his broth­er Stephen Hart, a Cen­tral Bank (CBTT) em­ploy­ee who stopped in a time of 42:28. Daniel James, an­oth­er CBTT em­ploy­ee, round­ed off the top three, in a time of 40:39.

"It was great, this was one thing I re­al­ly want­ed.
