Talia Abdool got the better off Angelique Jackson in three sets to become the Girls Under-19 National Squash Association (TTSA) Junior champion at the Cascadia courts, St Anns on Friday.
Abdool was cruising after she won the first set 11/3.Jackson put up more of a challenge in sets two and three, however, Abdool still prevailed 11/7, 11/9 to win the title.In the Boys U-17 semifinal action, top-seeded N'ku Patrick defeated James Lanser, also in straight sets. Patrick won 11/7, 11/5 and 11/6.In the other semifinal, Chad Salandy followed up his comfortable win over Luke Asiu on Thursday with another straight set win. He cruised past Christian Edghill 11/6, 11/6, 11/4.
