Central FA recognises Crown Trace FC

Central Football Association in collaboration with the Chaguanas Borough Corporation will host a one-day invitational Under-16 football tournament, today, in recognition of Crown Trace FC and its founder and coach Nicholas Griffith. It will be staged at Crown Trace Recration Ground, Enterprise, from 10am-5pm. Griffith recently won the Fifa Power of Football contest, and is now aiming to raise funds to carry his Under-16 players to an invitational football tournament in Canada. The participating teams are Crown Trace FC, Cap Off Youths FC, Central FC, Edinburgh 500 FC and Las Lomas United. Medals and trophies will be award to the first, second and third-placed teams and are sponsored by the Chaguanas Borough Corporation
