Mike's Bikes continues to do its part to keep supporting the sport of cycling by working closely with the T&T Cycling Federation (TTCF) and today, they will host a road race in Port-of-Spain, starting at 7 am.Registration begins from 6 am.
All registration monies go towards the prizes and will be split by percentages for the top places. Mike's Bikes will add $1,000 to the first prize of the main event. There will be a neutral zone till the Port-of-Spain Market.The race starts at the Queen's Park Savannah by BP, heads to Maraval Road, on to French Street, turning left on to Wrightson Road, passing the market heading east, then south to Couva.
Then it's back to Port-of-Spain to the east overpass, heading on to the Eastern Main Road, then turning left on the Lady Young Road and finishing at the top of Lady Young Hill.
Mike's Bikes will also sponsor eight police outriders and an ambulance.
