Wilson battled past University of T&T's Arun Roopnarine 11-6, 11-8, 8-11, 11-8 after sweeping past Lawrence Ince 11-6, 11-3, 11-3 in his semifinal while Roopnarine defeated Sarvesh Mungal 11-5, 11-7, 11-7.
Spicer got the better of Arima Hawks Brittany Joseph 11-9, 8-11, 11-3, 10-12, 11-5 to avenge a 7-11, 13-11, 11-5, 11-7 loss in the round-robin group stage.
She reached the final after beating Gyshan Latchman 11-7, 11-5, 11-4 in her semis while Joseph stopped Anjana Valsalan 11-9, 11-4, 11-5.
Bishop High School's Jasher De Gannes kept hold of her Girls' Under-15 title via, beating Petrotrin's Danielle Dick 11-6, 11-3.
In the final-four, De Ganes battled past Petrotrin's Chelsea Fong 17-15, 9-11, 11-8, and Dick beat team-mate Nalini Boodoo 8-11, 11-3, 11-7.
Joshua Maxwell copped the Under-15 boys crown when he overwhelmed Luc O'Young 11-2, 13-11.
In the Under-11 age-group, Messiah Walcott of Starz and Blasters' Shreya Maharaj won.
Walcott beat clubmate Derron Douglas 12-10, 7-11, 11-7 after ousting Jalen Kerr 11-9, 11-6 in her semifinal.
Douglas defeated Nicolas Lee of Blasters' 11-8, 11-5 in the other final-four match.
Maharaj took the title left vacant by Ackayla Lucas when she whipped Petrotrin's Shayana Samnarine 11-2, 11-4.
In the semis, Maharaj booted clubmate Priyanka Khellawan 11-7, 11-5 and Samnarine downed Starz's Shurja Welch 14-12m 11-8.
