National junior golfers Liam Bryden and Sachin Kumar both displayed top performances in USA over the weekend.
Bryden tied for third place when he competed at the Future Collegians World Tour (FCWT) in the boys 15�19 age division on Saturday and Sunday at the Eagle Creek Golf Club in Indianapolis. He was the youngest amongst the top 15 players. Competitors came from around the world including countries such as Scotland, England, Canada, China, Russia, Germany, Korea and Mexico. Bryden tied for third place with an astounding finish of five birdies on the second day of the Par 73 course. He shot 74 and 69 respectively.
Competing simultaneously at the Florida Junior Tour Championships in the flight 16-18 boys division, Kumar finished second. Kumar's two-day total was 145, with scores of 71 and 74 respectively. First place went to Andrew Kozan with an even par finish and total of 144.
