Dominican Republic and Team Foundation cyclist Adderlyn Felix Cruz Colon snatched the top spot in the UCI (International Cycling Union) Tour of Tobago event, which started and ended in Scarborough, Tobago, yesterday.

The competitors rode through some tough terrain including Shirvan Road, Plymouth, Castara, Charlotteville, Speyside and Roxborough.
