On­ly three match days are left in the T&T Mixed For­mat League of Darts but the com­pe­ti­tion re­mains wide open in both the A and B di­vi­sions.

At the home of darts, the Kos­mos Mem­bers Club in Port-of-Spain on Tues­day (Au­gust 13), the high­ly-an­tic­i­pat­ed show­down be­tween E-Z Lines and De Orig­i­nal Game Shot (DOGS) un­fold­ed with DOGS tak­ing an ear­ly lead of 3-1 against the de­fend­ing cham­pi­ons.

The sur­pris­es kept com­ing as Joshua Bal­four of DOGS de­feat­ed T&T’s top play­er James Walk­lin and Paul Joseph of E-Z Lines lost to Lestor Legall in the league host­ed by the T&T Darts As­so­ci­a­tion (TT­DA). Adam Da Cos­ta, the cap­tain of E-Z Lines and na­tion­al se­nior men’s head coach, se­cured a vic­to­ry against Ged­des Fon­cette in the clash of cap­tains.

Karen Scott of E-Z Lines added an­oth­er win in the sin­gles, bring­ing the score to 5-3. Can­dace Lumkin of DOGS won her sin­gles match against Adam Hep­burn, seal­ing the vic­to­ry for her team be­fore the fi­nal team game. E-Z Lines man­aged to lim­it the dam­age, los­ing on­ly 6-4 and main­tain­ing a four-point lead at the top of the ta­ble.

Jus For Fun stands a good chance of win­ning af­ter a dom­i­nant 10-0 tri­umph over Ran­dom Squad. Pub House Pi­rates are on track for pro­mo­tion, close­ly fol­lowed by Sea Wolves. The Pi­rates face a chal­leng­ing end to the sea­son but are ex­pect­ed to se­cure pro­mo­tion. The A Di­vi­sion ap­pears to be head­ing to­wards a thrilling con­clu­sion.

E-Z Lines face a tougher fix­ture list than DOGS, in­clud­ing a cru­cial fi­nal match against Jus For Fun. In the up­com­ing match-day 11, E-Z Lines will play Shang­hai Bulls, while DOGS will take on Pub House­Pi­rates. All these ex­cit­ing events will un­fold Tues­day (Au­gust 20), at the home of darts.
