The race for the 2026 Na­tion­al 501 League of Darts cham­pi­onship is set for a thrilling con­clu­sion af­ter an­oth­er dra­mat­ic night of ac­tion on Ju­ly 21 at Kos­mos Club in Port-of-Spain. With just one match-day re­main­ing, ti­tle hopes, pro­mo­tion am­bi­tions and rel­e­ga­tion bat­tles are all still very much alive.

A Di­vi­sion

E-Z Lines moved one step clos­er to re­tain­ing their dom­i­nance of the lo­cal darts scene af­ter over­com­ing rel­e­ga­tion-threat­ened Triple Vi­sion 7-3. Triple Vi­sion stunned the league lead­ers by rac­ing in­to a 2-0 lead, but E-Z Lines re­spond­ed like cham­pi­ons, lev­el­ling the con­test at 2-2 be­fore tak­ing con­trol in the sin­gles. Win­ning four of the five sin­gles match­es, they surged in­to a com­mand­ing 6-2 ad­van­tage be­fore seal­ing vic­to­ry in the fi­nal team game to fin­ish on 90 points.

Sec­ond-placed De Orig­i­nal Game Shot (DOGS) looked poised to close the gap at the top af­ter storm­ing in­to a 5-1 lead against Just For Fun (JFF) Vikings. How­ev­er, the Vikings pro­duced one of the come­backs of the sea­son. Cap­tain Michael Ri­vas sparked the re­vival with a cru­cial sin­gles vic­to­ry be­fore Kim­ber­li Ri­vas and Fi­del Cok­er added wins of their own. With mo­men­tum firm­ly on their side, the Vikings claimed the fi­nal team game to com­plete a re­mark­able come­back and earn a valu­able 5-5 draw.

Else­where, Drifters de­feat­ed Flight­ed Friends 7-3 to round off the night's ac­tion. The re­sults con­firm that Flight­ed Friends will re­tain their place in the top flight next sea­son, while Triple Vi­sion's rel­e­ga­tion to the B Di­vi­sion has now been con­firmed.

B Di­vi­sion

Al­though Team Game Shot had a bye, they of­fi­cial­ly se­cured the B Di­vi­sion ti­tle with­out throw­ing a dart af­ter near­est chal­lengers Scor­pi­ons were held to a dra­mat­ic 5-5 draw by West­er­ly Pi­rates.

The Pi­rates made the brighter start, tak­ing a 2-0 lead be­fore Scor­pi­ons bat­tled back to lev­el the con­test at 2-2. Scor­pi­ons then ap­peared to have one hand on vic­to­ry af­ter win­ning the open­ing three sin­gles match­es to es­tab­lish a 5-2 ad­van­tage. Re­fus­ing to sur­ren­der, West­er­ly Pi­rates fought back bril­liant­ly, win­ning the re­main­ing three games to res­cue a share of the points. Scor­pi­ons re­main sec­ond, while West­er­ly Pi­rates hold third place.

Shang­hai Bulls con­tin­ued their im­pres­sive late-sea­son form by de­feat­ing Just For Fun Snipers 7-3, record­ing con­sec­u­tive vic­to­ries and mov­ing in­to fourth place af­ter over­com­ing the Snipers for the first time this sea­son.

C Di­vi­sion

The bat­tle for pro­mo­tion re­mains the most close­ly con­test­ed sto­ry­line in the league, with Reck­less and Sea Wolves sep­a­rat­ed by just a sin­gle point head­ing in­to the fi­nal match-day. Reck­less had a bye but re­main at the top of the stand­ings with a slen­der one-point ad­van­tage.Sea Wolves kept their pro­mo­tion hopes alive with a hard-fought 6-4 vic­to­ry over QPCC Howz-Dart, en­sur­ing the ti­tle race will go down to the fi­nal week.

Top Shot end­ed their sea­son on a high, pro­duc­ing an im­pres­sive 6-4 vic­to­ry over third-placed Bull­dogs. While Bull­dogs re­main math­e­mat­i­cal­ly in con­tention for pro­mo­tion, the de­feat has dealt a sig­nif­i­cant blow to their hopes. Shoot­ers al­so con­tin­ued their fine run of form with a con­vinc­ing 7-3 win over Ran­dom Squad.

Fi­nal Match-Day resched­uled

The fi­nal round of the 2026 Na­tion­al 501 League of Darts, orig­i­nal­ly sched­uled for Ju­ly 28, has been post­poned to Tues­day (Au­gust 4), due to mem­bers of the na­tion­al team com­pet­ing at the Caribbean Darts Cup in Ba­hamas.

With league ti­tles, pro­mo­tion and fi­nal stand­ings still to be de­cid­ed, the stage is set for an ex­cit­ing con­clu­sion to an­oth­er mem­o­rable Na­tion­al 501 League sea­son.
