WASA will be aiming to extend its lead at the top of the standings of the bmobile National Super Football League today, when it hosts Queen's Park (Match Day Nine) in St Joseph, from 4 pm. The "Water Boys" regained the lead from fellow utility company T&TEC with a 2-0 win over Defence Force on Sunday. QPCC will be hoping to create an upset, which could see it moving two positions forward from fifth place.
The "Electricity Boys", who have played two matches less than WASA, will take on defending champion Joe Public at the Marvin Lee Stadium, Macoya, in the battle of the undefeated teams. T&TEC, which has won four of its five matches with the other being drawn, will no doubt be aiming to remain in touching distance with WASA.
Public, on the other hand, which had an indifferent start this season, will be hoping to claim its fourth win in seven matches. The "Eastern Lions", who are third in the standings on 12 points, will be seeking to overtake T&TEC for the second position.
