?Baby Dottie has an outstanding opportunity to get off the mark at the seventh attempt at Lingfield today. None of six rivals has any chance whatsoever if Pat Phelan's charge can run to her consistent time-handicap marks on turf and, significantly, polytrack. Whelan has trained this Dr Fong filly well, obviously he'll be frustrated with her form figures but consistency usually gains reward and Baby Dottie is napped.
There are also two jumpings fixtures scheduled for Kelso and Warwick where Divy is a special' in the Maiden Hurdle over an extended two and a half miles; my intention is to have an each-way double into Divy and Baby Dottie and, possibly, a treble! Wheyaye is clear 'best-in' for the opening Novices' Hurdle over two and a quarter miles, eight runners! As you all know 'non-runner' means three places become two and so keep an eye on the situation because Wheyaye is strongly-fancied to beat a very weak bunch.
