Reign­ing Caribbean men's cham­pi­on, T&T's Dex­ter St Louis and Rheann Chung closed off the year on a good note cap­tur­ing the men's and women's ti­tles at the Re­li­a­bil­i­ty Main­te­nance Ser­vices Lim­it­ed Su­per Sin­gles Ta­ble Ten­nis Cham­pi­onships played at the Jean Pierre Com­plex, Mu­cuare­po Road, yes­ter­day. The France based St Louis, one of three top Caribbean men's sin­gles play­ers in the tour­na­ment, played un­beat­en in five match­es in a six man group, which in­clud­ed the Far­ley broth­ers of Bar­ba­dos, Kevin and Trevor.

St Louis won all of his match­es in straight sets, start­ing off against the old­er Far­ley, Trevor, who he de­feat­ed in the fi­nal of the Caribbean Cham­pi­onships in French Guiana in Ju­ly this year. Mean­while, three-time women's sin­gles cham­pi­on Rheann Chung, who is al­so based in France, came out on top, de­spite go­ing down in five sets to Ash­ley Quashie. The 2008 cham­pi­ons Guyana's Col­in France and Ver­na Ed­wards did not en­ter the tour­na­ment.
