T&T se­nior men’s foot­ball team coach Dwight Yorke kicked off their prepa­ra­tions for their up­com­ing Group B Con­ca­caf Fi­nal Round 2026 World Cup Qual­i­fi­er against Cu­ra­cao at the Hase­ly Craw­ford Sta­di­um, Mu­cu­rapo, Port-of-Spain, on Fri­day at 8 pm with a light train­ing ses­sion at St Mary’s Col­lege Ground, Ser­pen­tine Road, St Clair on Mon­day.

Among the over­seas play­ers who were in­volved in the ses­sions were the over­seas con­tin­gent of Levi Gar­cia (Spar­tak Moscow/Rus­sia), Justin Gar­cia (Song Lam Nghe An/Viet­nam), Dante Sealy (CF Mon­tre­al/USA), Den­zil Smith (AV Al­ta FC/USA), An­dre Ram­per­sad (HFX Wan­der­ers/Cana­da), Ryan Telfer (HFX Wan­der­ers/Cana­da), Daniel Phillips (Steve­nage FC/Eng­land), Stef­fen Yeates (York Unit­ed FC/Cana­da), Nathaniel James (Port­land Hearts of Pine/USA), Wayne Fred­er­ick II (Col­orado Rapids/USA), Kaile Au­vray (Colum­bus Crew II/USA), Re­al Gill (Huntsville City FC/USA), and Tris­ton Hodge (North Car­oli­na FC/USA).

They were joined by the lo­cal­ly based play­ers led by cap­tain Kevin Moli­no of T&T De­fence Force Elite, along with Mar­vin Phillip (Cen­tral FC), Jabari St Hillaire (De­fence Force), Isa­iah Gar­cia (T&T De­fence Force Elite), Ja­mal Jack (Cen­tral FC), and Kai­him Thomas (T&T De­fence Force Elite).

Ac­cord­ing to T&TFA Press Of­fi­cer, the rest of the over­seas-based play­ers, in­clu­sive of the un­capped trio Ko­bi Hen­ry (Re­al Salt Lake/USA), Deron Payne (FC Volen­dam/Hol­land), and Jer­ren Jack­ie (CD Gou­veia/Por­tu­gal), along with Noah Pow­der (Westch­ester FC/USA), Justin Obik­wu (Coven­try City/Eng­land), Greg Ran­jits­ingh (New York City/USA), Ko­bi Hen­ry (Re­al Salt Lake/USA), Dar­nell Hospedales (Mon­tego Bay Unit­ed), Rio Car­dines (Crys­tal Palace/Eng­land), and Josi­ah Trim­ming­ham (Mon­tego Bay Unit­ed/Ja­maica), are ex­pect­ed to ar­rive by to­day to join up with the rest of the squad, which will be trimmed by coach Yorke at the end of the day.

Fol­low­ing Fri­day’s match, the T&T squad will leave for Ja­maica on Sat­ur­day, Sep­tem­ber 6, ahead of their meet­ing with that coun­try on Sep­tem­ber 9 for a clash with the Ja­maica “Reg­gae Boyz” at the Na­tion­al Sta­di­um in Kingston from 8 pm (7 pm lo­cal time).
