Flow has extended its initial three-year partnership with the T&T Film Festival, announcing that it will continue its role as the presenting sponsor through 2013. The partnership began in 2008 with a landmark three-year, multi-million-dollar commitment from Flow.
Flow's director of sales, marketing and communications Rhea Yaw Ching reinforced Flow's continued commitment to the partnership. "We have been very pleased with the success of the festival, which has shown exceptional growth over the past two years, becoming one of the region's most recognised film festivals. The partnership is a truly symbiotic one that not only allows us to continue our drive to promote the culture of our country and the region but also gives established and aspiring filmmakers the exposure needed, as it continues to open doors of opportunity for the industry."
TTFF executive director Marina SalandyBrown also expressed her gratitude to Flow for its ongoing commitment to the industry. "Having a committed corporate sponsor such as Flow allows us to achieve our ambition to play an instrumental part in the building of the local film industry, showcasing the work of our filmmakers, providing the opportunity for us to hone our skills and establish a bigger market for our creative output." The T&T Film Festival is an annual celebration of films from and about T&T, the Caribbean basin and the Diaspora.
