I Am Woman-The Ex­clu­sive Wed­ding Show 2012 which start­ed yes­ter­day, con­tin­ues to­day from 11.30 am to 8 pm at The Ban­quet & Con­fer­ence Cen­tre in Movi­eTowne. At the of­fi­cial launch of the event which took place on March 2, Shi­da Ltd had in­formed guests that all the avail­able ex­hi­bi­tion booths had been tak­en by var­i­ous com­pa­nies of­fer­ing every­thing that any­one could want to make their wed­ding a thor­ough­ly ex­clu­sive event.

Vis­i­tors can look for­ward to a con­tin­u­ous va­ri­ety of en­ter­tain­ment which will range from wed­ding singers, in­clud­ing Em­mett Hen­nessy, Natasha Bab­wah and the Xavier sis­ters on vi­o­lins. Three fash­ion shows will al­so take place each day with Clau­dia Pe­gus, Dex­ter Jen­nings, Ecliff Elie, Heather Jones and Vin­tage Bridal, each show­cas­ing their spe­cial­ly-de­signed wed­ding cre­ations.

The Di­vi­sion of Tourism & Trans­porta­tion in To­ba­go will join with the To­ba­go Ho­tel & Tourism As­so­ci­a­tion to pro­mote the sis­ter isle as the ide­al hon­ey­moon des­ti­na­tion, but the pres­ence of the Bar­ba­dos Tourism Au­thor­i­ty, Jol­ly Beach Re­sort & Spa from An­tigua, and the St Lu­cia Tourist Board will en­sure that there is con­sid­er­able com­pe­ti­tion for that ho­n­our.

Doors open at 10.30 am with an en­try fee of $40. Pa­trons who ar­rive ear­ly are like­ly to win one of the many en­trance prizes, or the ex­it prize ham­per cour­tesy An­gos­tu­ra.
