For small businesses and individuals struggling due to the pandemic, a two-week free webinar series is intended to help them "up their game" during downtimes.
The initiative titled, Pandemic of Performance, is a regional initiative that would be presented in the form of themed workshops, aimed at guiding small businesses and the layman on how to turn adversity into personal and professional advancement.
The combined brainchild of three entities—Guardian Group and Ross Advertising/ReThink, in collaboration with the University for Peace (UP), established by the General Assembly of the United Nations—will begin on April 21st and conclude on May 12th.
Guardian Group's Head of Group Branding and Communications, Ayesha Boucaud-Claxton, told Guardian Media the initiative was built on three pillars—mental health, innovation and creativity, and entrepreneurship and branding.
While the webinars would mostly be facilitated by internationally renowned thinkers, the lone local facilitator of one of the workshops, Ernie Ross (founder of Rethink), said the Pandemic of Performance initiative was also designed to level the playing field for small and emerging businesses.
The webinar series is open to the public who can register online at www.intangience.com.
