The Water and Sewerage Authority (the Authority) is conducting emergency repairs to a ruptured 16 inch diameter transmission pipeline, located at LP 9 M2 Ring Road, St. Madeline. Customers in parts of South West Trinidad, who are currently without a pipe borne water supply are being advised that the emergency repair works are expected to be completed by 10:00 p.m. on Friday 14thJanuary, 2022. The Water and Sewerage Authority (the Authority) advises customers in parts of South West Trinidad, who are currently without a pipe borne water supply that, this is due to the ruptured 16 inch diameter transmission pipeline, located at LP 9 M2 Ring Road, St. Madeline.
Emergency repair works are expected to be completed by 10:00 p.m. on Friday 14thJanuary, 2022.
Affected areas include:
♦ Lower Barrackpore, St Madeline, Picton, Esperance, Diamond, Golconda, Retrench and Wellington Gardens.
The Authority further advises that it may take up to 36 hours for the service to normalize to some affected areas following the completion of repairs.
