A scuf­fle among sev­er­al men dur­ing a Hal­loween par­ty in Mal­oney in the ear­ly hours yes­ter­day left two nurs­ing in­juries at hos­pi­tal.

A 24-year-old man of Build­ing 18, along with a 33-year-old man of Build­ing 16 and an 18-year-old of Green­lett Av­enue, were at the par­ty which was be­ing held on the ground floor of Build­ing 14 around 2.20 am on No­vem­ber 1 when an ar­gu­ment broke out be­tween the gun­man and the 33-year-old vic­tim.

It was al­leged that as a scuf­fle en­sued, the sus­pect pulled out a gun and be­gan shoot­ing at the vic­tim, who man­aged to es­cape with­out harm.

How­ev­er, the two oth­ers who were at the par­ty were in­jured.

The 24-year-old was shot in the chest and leg, while the teenag­er was shot in the left thigh.

Both vic­tims were tak­en to the Ari­ma Hos­pi­tal, where the el­der man was treat­ed and ward­ed in a crit­i­cal con­di­tion, while the sec­ond was treat­ed and ward­ed in a sta­ble con­di­tion.

Five spent 9 mm shell cas­ings were re­cov­ered at the scene.
