Tobago Police are probing a second shooting in just two days.
The victim has been identified as Kevin Henry, 33, of Sou Sou Lands.
Guardian Media understands that the incident occurred around 3:30 am today.
Henry, the manager at Jade Monkey Casino and Bar located at Crown Point, had just arrived at his Blue Heron Drive, Sou Sou Lands home from work when he saw a vehicle in his driveway. He told police a masked gunman, tall and slim built with broad shoulders was standing on the eastern side of his driveway, pointing a gun in his direction.
He reportedly heard a loud explosion and felt a burning sensation in his right leg. Henry then took cover under a nearby staircase. The assailant escaped in an awaiting vehicle.
Henry was rushed to the Scarborough General Hospital where he is warded in stable condition.
Inspector Cooper of the Shirvan Road Police Station is continuing investigations.
Meanwhile, police said they have detained a 24-year-old Plymouth man shooting PH taxi driver Derrick Woods in his leg at Fort Bennett, Black Rock, on Thursday. The man is expected to be placed on an identification parade.
