A doubles vendor was robbed at gunpoint of $600 while conducting sales in Moruga on Thursday.
The 45-year-old woman was driving through Fifth Company Village selling doubles from her Nissan Wingroad when she stopped around 11.50 am near a purple house at Samuel Cooper Road.
She was approached by a man wearing an orange shirt and pants who pressed a firearm on the side of her body and demanded money.
The suspect then shoved his hand inside the doubles box and stole the money which represented the day's sales and told her "go from here." He escaped through some nearby bushes.
