Social media activist Kia Hosein and her movement for change staged a noisy demonstration outside the Scarborough Market, Tobago, on Friday night calling for the resignation of the Keith Rowley-led administration.
During the demonstration, two people were taken into police custody. Tobagonians present at the event demanded their voices be heard
Hosein said the people of T&T were fed up with the way in which the country was being run.
Hosein said her movement started in Trinidad and she took it to Tobago as a show of solidarity with the people of Tobago who share her views.
A very vocal Angie Rostant-Gordon spoke in support of Hosein.
Rostant-Gordon complained that while they were allowed to demonstrate peacefully in Trinidad, they were manhandled by the police in Tobago.
