The Water and Sewerage Authority (the Authority) advises customers in parts of Diego Martin served by Sierra Leone Well # 10, who is presently experiencing a disruption in their water supply that, this is due to an electrical problem impacting operations at the facility.
Emergency repair works currently underway are scheduled to be completed by Tuesday 13th September 2022.

Customers are further advised that it may take up to 24 hours for the supply to normalize to some affected areas following the completion of these works.
A limited truck-borne water supply will be available upon request. This can be requested through the following self-service options:
♦ Use of the mobile WASA Services App which can be downloaded for Android mobile customers from the Play Store or iPhone mobile customers from the Apple store; or
♦ Use of the Customer Portal available on the Authority’s website: www.wasa.gov.tt.
