It was my intention to vote for the UNC on 10th August 2020 I had already made up my mind. However, I received their brochure detailing their 90-day plan in my letterbox.
The UNC says in essence will work with the Central bank towards a more balanced foreign exchange market.
What exactly do they mean by a more balanced foreign exchange market?
Do they intend to go the way of Jamaica where the exchange rate moved from on par with the US dollar to $150 to 1 US Dollars today?
The price of a loaf of bread in Jamaica today is Jamaican $284.00.
This measure will surely pauperise us.
Fortunately, I got the booklet in my post box today. I cannot do not that measure. So for the first time in my life I shall be abstaining from voting in this General election.
