Six different players found the target as Police FC crushed Matura ReUnited FC 6-0 in Division One of the Ascension Invitational Tournament at the St James Police Academy, St James Police Barracks on Saturday.
However, it took the Lawmen a while to open the scoring with Kaydion Gabriel netting the opener four minutes from the half-time whistle.
A minute after the re-start Kareem Freitas doubled the lead while Jameel Perry put the match beyond doubt in the 53nd.
Keion Wilson then converted a penalty-kick in the 72nd followed by strikes from Adriel Kerr (74th) abnd Joshua Leach (87th) to complete the drubbing.

Adan Noel scored a second-halfd double as Deportivo PF hammered Club Sando Uprising Youths 7-0 for their fourth straight win from as many matches in Division Two.
Noel found the target in the 71st and 89th after Andrei Pacheco (11th pen), Jeremiah Kesar (50th) and Judah Garcia (56th) had netted for 3-0 lead at Guapo Recreation Ground.
Nathaniel Garcia made it 6-0 in the 73rd and Ezekiel Kesar rounded off the scoring in the 90th to hand Club Sando Uprising Youths, a second loss in four matches.
The University of T&T (UTT) moved up to second with eight points thanks to a 3-0 defeat of Police FC at St James Police Academy with a strike each from Kishun Seecharan (15th), Cyrano Glen (51st) and Stevon Stoute (91st) while Moruga FC edged RSSR FC 1-0 courtesy a strike from Nigel John, two minutes into time added on at the end of the first-half at Grand Chemin Recreation Ground.
