US Ma­jor League Soc­cer's clubs FC Dal­las and Toron­to FC are said to have joined the hunt for bmo­bile Joe Pub­lic cap­tain and T&T in­ter­na­tion­al Ker­ry Bap­tiste.

The 28-year-old Bap­tiste net­ted a record 48 goals last sea­son to guide the East­ern Li­ons to five ti­tles do­mes­ti­cal­ly and his ef­forts has now at­tract­ed at­ten­tion the MLS duo along with Eng­lish Cham­pi­onship Di­vi­sion club, Ip­swich Town.

With re­gards to the in­ter­est shown by the North Amer­i­can clubs, Bap­tiste's agent, An­dre For­tune, of Sports Man­age­ment Group of the USA, said, "FC Dal­las and Toron­to FC are both in­ter­est­ed in Bap­tiste and have wel­comed tri­als for the play­er. How­ev­er we feel that Bap­tiste has done ex­treme­ly well and de­serves a con­tract. So at the mo­ment, we are work­ing on get­ting him a con­tract."
