HRC As­so­ciates, a lead­ing ex­ec­u­tive re­cruit­ment and man­age­ment con­sult­ing firm is cel­e­brat­ing 25 years of suc­cess­ful­ly pro­vid­ing qual­i­ty ser­vices to its clients.

Found­ed in 1990, HRC As­so­ciates will cel­e­brate the mile­stone achieve­ment with a break­fast sem­i­nar at the Trinidad Hilton and Con­fer­ence Cen­tre Thurs­day. The fo­cus will be on 'Rein­vent­ing HR' in to­day's de­mand­ing busi­ness en­vi­ron­ment and align­ing with the pace of change in busi­ness.

Key busi­ness stake­hold­ers in T&T will par­tic­i­pate in a round-ta­ble dis­cus­sion on the chal­lenges and op­por­tu­ni­ties tfac­ing HR and what role HR can play in con­tribut­ing to the high­est lev­els of busi­ness strat­e­gy.
