The Raja Yoga Centre will be hosting a series of informative health talks this month about the vegetarian lifestyle. As a community service, the presenters are all volunteers who are experienced on the journey of self development. "You are what you eat. What exactly does this mean?" According to the Raja Yoga Centre: "Food is an essential part of our survival and existence. A vegetarian lifestyle helps us to live a natural nature or love and harmony with all living beings." The centre is calling all citizens to explore the positive effects on the mind, body and spirit.
