Bud­ding crick­eters have been in­vit­ed to at­tend a screen­ing ses­sion for Un­der-13 crick­eters in the North Zone of the Trinidad and To­ba­go Crick­et Board (T&TCB). Top North Zone of­fi­cial Stephen Mar­tel said on Wednes­day that the first ses­sion which will give the young­sters a chance to im­press the se­lec­tors will be staged on Mon­day, May 21, 2012 at the Queen's Roy­al Col­lege ground, St Clair Av­enue, St Clair. The ses­sions are sched­uled to start at 3 pm and will be con­duct­ed by man­ag­er of the North Zone Un­der-13 team David Thoma­sos and coach Kelvin Sukhu.

Mar­tel said all as­pir­ing North Zone Un­der-13 crick­eters should avail them­selves of this op­por­tu­ni­ty to show their skills as the zone seeks to build a plat­form to chal­lenge for na­tion­al ho­n­ours across all age cat­e­gories. Among the top crick­eters to have emerged from the North Zone are world record hold­er Bri­an Lara and the tal­ent­ed Bra­vo broth­ers, Dwayne and Dar­ren.
