The Tri­ni Mi­ni car club is on its fifth an­nu­al tour of To­ba­go.Mem­bers set off on the four-day trip on Fri­day at the In­ter-is­land Fer­ry ter­mi­nal on Wright­son Road, Port-of-Spain.Club pres­i­dent Michael El­cock said: "Over 20 re­stored mi­ni cars will be par­tic­i­pat­ing this year and the trip caters for the own­ers and their fam­i­lies."The club is mak­ing sev­er­al stops across the is­land in their mov­ing tour, in­clud­ing Par­latu­vi­er Bay, Rox­bor­ough and White­man Bay.The spon­sors of the event are Wa­ter One, Na­tion­al Pe­tro­le­um (NP) and Pow­er Mas­ter Bat­ter­ies.El­cock said the group was in­vit­ed to have break­fast yes­ter­day at the T&T Reg­i­ment base in To­ba­go.The group is al­so ex­pect­ed to do pub­lic demon­stra­tions and pro­vide in­for­ma­tion on mi­ni cars through­out the tour.
