The water supply to Harry's Water Park has been restored. The Water and Sewerage Authority (WASA), which cut the supply earlier this month, restored the service to the popular recreational facility on Thursday. This was confirmed by Sahadeo Ragoonanan, a director of the park located in Rio Claro. "WASA workers came and reconnected the water supply yesterday. "In any case, we have been operating as usual despite the cut in the supply on Tuesday," Ragoonanan said yesterday. Ragoonanan said that some reports carried gave the impression that the park was shut down when WASA cut its water supply.

"We have remained open as usual and the matter is in the hands of our lawyers," he pointed out. He re-iterated that the park did not have any illegal or un-authorised water connections. "Thousands come from all over the country to enjoy themselves at Harry's during the school vacation. We even have visitors from abroad who plan their holidays for this season. "They know they can enjoy themselves in a safe and fun-filled environment at reasonable cost. "We want to assure the public that we will continue to maintain our high standards at all time," Ragoonanan said.
