ANSA McAL has identified DG Homes as one of its “Gold Clients” and has partnered with the development company to offer all the various services of ANSA McAL, including quality home furnishings.
Head of Group Cross Selling at ANSA McAL Miguel Marquez, shared some details yesterday at the DG Homes’ open house, which showcased its latest initiative—Daniel Estate, which is located in Cunupia.
Daniel Estate comprises 25 three-bedroom units which start at $1.65 million each.
According to Marquez, these services range from 100 per cent financing with ANSA Bank to an all-inclusive financial package which also includes the cost of furniture.
“We have started a new programme where we want to engage with our top customers to offer them all what ANSA McAL has. People don’t realise how much stuff ANSA McAL does.
“DG Homes has been a big customer of ours on the construction side of the business ever since inception and we are now in a position to offer them all of the services and their clients, including furniture supplies, financing and they even bought a vehicle from us which they are going to be giving away to one of the owners of these properties,” Marquez explained.
He said as DG Homes continued its expansion drive, ANSA McAL would also be continuing its partnership with the company.
“Definitely we would want to have a situation where all of our gold customers could engage us on a level to really offer value not just to the customer but to the consumers who are buying properties, buying and looking for affordable ways to finance,” Marquez added.
He said Tatil would also be offering insurance to those prospective homeowners.
“DG Homes have actually built a model for the average person to afford a quality home and it is aligned to the vision of ANSA McAL,” he added.
General Manager of DG Homes Anna Ramroop said that the units were built on 5,000 square feet of land space.
On the partnership with ANSA McAL, she said, “We have had a longstanding relationship from building blocks, to paints to everything basically, and we thought that it would be a wonderful thing to integrate all the products that they have to offer as it aligns with DG Homes.”
Regarding the Cunupia development, she said the area was a central location, which was “strongly booming on the market” and was also easy for professionals to commute from home to work.
She said future plans for DG Homes would be its continued expansion with premium products.
