After completing his education, Carl started to work as an apprentice in Texaco Oil Co. in 1970 during that time he was awarded President’s Medal. His passion for teaching guided him to teach welding at Princes Town Senior Comprehensive which he did until he retired in 2015. Carl was an active member of the Morichal Presbyterian Church and the Guaracara Village Council. He was known to be an immensely helpful member of the community who enjoyed liming at the bar with the villagers. “To live in hearts we leave behind is not to die.” Carl will be lovingly remembered as the son of Lionel & Elvira Sinanan(dec.) He was a brother to Roy (dec.), Hannah (Joan), Ivan, Stanley & Sharon and brother-in-law to Kashmatie, Sherry-Ann, Karolyn and John. He was the uncle of Krystal, Krisshala, Shevon, Justin, Jason, Brian, Asha and Sara. Carl was the husband to Sharon and father to Sasha & Kurt. As we mark the 40 days of his passing, may his soul rest in peace with his parents and his brother. As he begins his journey in heaven, his memory will live on in the hearts of those who loved him. “For those we love don’t go away, they walk beside us everyday” – Rest In Peace Brother A tribute to Carl Clifford Sinanan.
