Holy Name Phoenix Fete lived up to its billing on Sat­ur­day night, de­liv­er­ing a high-en­er­gy show­case that kept pa­trons on their feet from start to fin­ish. With a pow­er­ful line­up fea­tur­ing Skin­ny Fab­u­lous, Lyrikal, Shal Mar­shall, Ding Dong, Evo­lu­tion The Band and, for the first time on the Phoenix stage, KES, the fete ig­nit­ed the night with a seam­less blend of so­ca, dance­hall and crowd-pulling an­thems.

The high­light for many came with KES’ per­for­mance, which sent en­er­gy lev­els soar­ing as the band rolled through hit af­ter hit, draw­ing loud sin­ga­longs and con­stant flag-wav­ing from an al­ready charged au­di­ence. Evo­lu­tion The Band pro­vid­ed a strong mu­si­cal back­bone through­out the night, while per­for­mances from Skin­ny Fab­u­lous and Ding Dong en­sured non­stop mo­men­tum on the dance floor.
