The Mu­si­cal In­stru­ments of Trinidad and To­ba­go Com­pa­ny Lim­it­ed (Mittco) was launched at eTeck’s Di­a­mond Vale Busi­ness Park last Thurs­day.

Di­rec­tor, Akua Lei­th, said Mittco is a re­li­able in­stru­ment man­u­fac­tur­er that pro­vides steel­pan In­stru­ments with the aim of ful­fill­ing its com­mit­ment to its cus­tomers while an­tic­i­pat­ing their needs, with val­ue on op­er­a­tional ef­fi­cien­cy, re­search and com­mit­ment to good man­age­ment and cor­po­rate gov­er­nance.

Mittco wants to build the na­tion’s man­u­fac­tur­ing ca­pac­i­ty to be­come a de­pend­able pro­duc­er, with a strong fo­cus on the ed­u­ca­tion of young peo­ple.

Ac­cord­ing to the com­pa­ny it is well poised to build its brand lo­cal­ly and in­ter­na­tion­al­ly.—ANIS­TO ALVES
