The NOIR seaside drinks inclusive fete lit up the International Waterfront Centre on January 11, attracting a chic and energetic crowd of Carnival enthusiasts.
The event, known for its upscale ambience and all night musical rhythm, saw patrons clad predominantly in black, engaging with soca beats and DJ sets against the Port-of-Spain skyline.
Organisers said the choice of venue added a scenic backdrop to the festivities, offering revellers an open-air experience that fused seaside breezes with the island’s signature carnival culture.
Despite broader challenges facing the Carnival fete landscape this year—including rising costs and a reshaped event calendar amid promoter concerns over venue availability and other operational pressures—NOIR stood out as one of the early highlights of the season.
