The NOIR sea­side drinks in­clu­sive fete lit up the In­ter­na­tion­al Wa­ter­front Cen­tre on Jan­u­ary 11, at­tract­ing a chic and en­er­getic crowd of Car­ni­val en­thu­si­asts.

The event, known for its up­scale am­bi­ence and all night mu­si­cal rhythm, saw pa­trons clad pre­dom­i­nant­ly in black, en­gag­ing with so­ca beats and DJ sets against the Port-of-Spain sky­line.

Or­gan­is­ers said the choice of venue added a scenic back­drop to the fes­tiv­i­ties, of­fer­ing rev­ellers an open-air ex­pe­ri­ence that fused sea­side breezes with the is­land’s sig­na­ture car­ni­val cul­ture.

De­spite broad­er chal­lenges fac­ing the Car­ni­val fete land­scape this year—in­clud­ing ris­ing costs and a re­shaped event cal­en­dar amid pro­mot­er con­cerns over venue avail­abil­i­ty and oth­er op­er­a­tional pres­sures—NOIR stood out as one of the ear­ly high­lights of the sea­son.
