In a mon­u­men­tal move, SKY 99.5FM, a lead­ing Gospel ra­dio sta­tion, is set to re­de­fine its pres­ence in the T&T air­waves with the of­fi­cial launch of SKY 99.5FM Re­loaded at the GM labs on St Vin­cent Street, Port-of-Spain.

The re­brand­ing comes un­der the lead­er­ship of To­va Sat­nar­ine-White, Guardian Me­dia’s Com­mer­cial Man­ag­er for Ra­dio and GM Tech, who over­sees sev­en ra­dio sta­tions, 15 bill­boards, pro­duc­tion stu­dios, and tech­nol­o­gy ser­vices in T&T and Guyana.

Sat­nar­ine-White, in col­lab­o­ra­tion with the top Gospel in­dus­try tal­ents, aims to re­fresh the sta­tion’s im­age and broad­en its im­pact in the Chris­t­ian mar­ket.

You will find every type of gospel mu­sic on this brand, the mu­sic will lift your spir­it and over­all make you feel the pos­i­tive en­er­gy as you face your day,” she said.

SKY 99.5FM has been a long-stand­ing choice for ad­ver­tis­ers and lis­ten­ers in the Chris­t­ian de­mo­graph­ic. The de­ci­sion to re­brand stems from the sta­tion’s com­mit­ment to evolve with the chang­ing mu­sic in­dus­try land­scape and its re­newed com­mit­ment to en­gage with the new gen­er­a­tion of lis­ten­ers at­tract­ed to the ra­dio sta­tion. The sta­tion will now ex­ude youth­ful en­er­gy while main­tain­ing its po­si­tion as a pos­i­tive, fam­i­ly-ori­ent­ed chan­nel.
