After chasing the illusion of a fairy tale for some 13 years, Sreshtha Tewari finally filed for divorce. It was a very painful and difficult decision for Tewari, who was brought up in a Hindu home—where marriage is considered a major milestone in the culture. That divorce led her to therapy sessions, which she described as the best investment in her life.

Tewari is now an emotional intelligence love coach and hypnotherapist, specialising in twin flame and soul love attraction—spiritual concepts focused on deep, transformative connections, where twin flames are seen as two halves of the same soul and soul love involves attracting emotionally and spiritually aligned partners. Her mission is to guide “heart-centred women” towards mental and emotional freedom.

“This is the place where a woman feels free to unapologetically and authentically be her true self and live her best life,” she explained.

“In this place, we have the power to call in the deep, soulful love that is meant for us, including reunion with your twin flame.”

Tewari always had a passion for empowering other women, who she believes should not be stifled.

“In 2020, I created and produced a YouTube series on mental and emotional abuse awareness in a bid to help one of my friends who was in an abusive situation,” she said.

“When I was promoting the series, I realised other women related, and this opened an opportunity for me to do mental health sessions at work.”

Her sessions were met with success and positive reviews, which led to the creation of another YouTube series—this time on emotional healing.

“I didn’t know I was going to end up being an emotional intelligence coach at that time,” she said.

“It was like I was being guided; I was just following my intuition.”

Tewari then enrolled in a programme with the Woman School, called The Art of Being a Woman Masterclass, where she signed up to learn Wholeness Coaching.

“The Wholeness Coach programme was the first time I was introduced to the concept of the brain being five per cent conscious and 95 per cent subconscious,” she explained.

“This was the beginning of understanding the extent to which our programming conditions and governs our lives. That programme focused on designing your life as a woman, stretching your dreams, and believing in the impossible by focusing on self-image and self-worth.”

After successfully completing the programme, Tewari needed to market and advertise her skills; however, she was—and still is—quite introverted.

Through a webinar, she met American author and entrepreneur Eben Pagan and his wife, love coach Annie Lalla.

Pagan was hosting a virtual coach programme on how to get clients. Lalla—who is originally from Trinidad and Tobago—was also part of the programme, teaching about the ‘inner game’.

Tewari signed up for the couple’s coaching programme, and after one month, to her surprise, she had a major personal breakthrough.

“I discovered who my twin flame was—my whole life and years of extensive emotional turmoil began to make sense,” she said.

“Your twin flame is your same exact soul split into two for a purpose on Earth. Because you share the same soul, your souls vibrate at the exact same frequency. As such, you both share the same soul song.

“A soulmate vibrates close to, but not on, your same frequency. A soulmate does not have to be romantic—it can also be platonic, for example, a mother, friend, cousin, sister, etc. Not everyone has a twin flame.”

Tewari continued to work with the couple and registered for their year-long programme.

After completing it, she started her own workshop—Magnetise Soul Love—which combined what she had learnt from the Woman School and the exercises she learnt from Lalla. Five months later, Tewari said, her first client found her soulmate.

By this time, Tewari wanted to learn more. She wanted to further understand neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), which was the basis of Lalla’s teachings. Lalla recommended a course with Melissa Tiers, a renowned hypnotherapist from New York. Tiers is the founder of The Centre for Integrative Hypnosis and co-founder of the Ethical Coaching Collective.

Tewari began following Tiers and decided to attend a hypnotherapy conference in Las Vegas to pursue a course called Coaching the Unconscious Mind.

At that conference, Tewari met Kryssa Marie Bowman—an internationally recognised hypnotherapist, author, and founder of Quantum Journeys Hypnosis—and won a free hypnotherapy session with her.

“It was the most amazingly beautiful thing I ever experienced,” she said.

“I was taken to the year of my twin flame’s birth and saw him beckoning me to come to Earth with him.”

Tewari wanted to figure out how to give her own clients the same experience—clarity, understanding, and transformation.

She described the twin flame journey as extremely difficult and tumultuous; many individuals struggle with twin flame separation, which is part of the process.

She eventually enrolled in Bowman’s programme, Quantum Journeys Hypnosis, and discovered that it came naturally to her. Her clients experienced positive results.

After working with women since 2021, Tewari decided to create a four-day experience with exercises, meditations, and visualisations to help transform women’s lives.

She developed the Self and Soul Love Retreat, a combination of grounding, emotional release, chakra alignment, and teachings on how to create your life and how to step into your power as a woman.

The workshop will take place at the Magdalena Grand in Tobago from June 19-22.

The goal of the retreat is to awaken the heart and soul of the ambitious woman who may have a successful career but feels lost, lonely, and disconnected from herself. It is for the woman who wants to claim herself—unapologetically and authentically.

As Tewari continues to grow her business, she also wants to give back. She decided to partner with the Trinidad Shelter for this retreat, pledging to donate $100 for every ticket sold. The shelter is a safe house for survivors of domestic abuse.
