STEELE, WILLARD JAMES passed away peace­ful­ly at his home in Tor­tu­ga at the age of 87 on Wednes­day 3rd Jan­u­ary, 2024. Beloved broth­er of: Jean Knox, Vi­da Boon, Der­rice De Gannes, Dr Richard Steele and Trevor Steele all de­ceased. He is sur­vived by his sis­ter Glo­ria Steele. Beloved hus­band of Shali­ni. For­mer hus­band of Car­ol (nee Agos­ti­ni). Fa­ther of Lee-Ann Dow, Si­mone Lyles and Seon Mo­hammed. Fa­ther-in-law of Graeme Dow, Vic­tor Lyles and An­nette Mo­hammed, Grand­fa­ther of Aman­da Dow, Chaz Lyles, Do­minic Lyles, Re­bec­ca Mo­hammed and Leah Mo­hammed Aguilar.
