The spirit of Christmas came alive in Panchoo Lane, Boundary Road, San Juan, as LSA Healthcare Services Ltd, in partnership with the Share Dignity Foundation, hosted its annual Christmas party for children in the community.
Now in its 22nd year of service, the company marked one of its largest turnouts yet, welcoming more than 150 children for a day designed to spark joy, encourage creativity and build community connection.
The event, held on December 6, featured a refreshed concept that blended technology, festive fun and hands-on engagement. From the moment families arrived, children were drawn to the array of interactive gaming stations—from classic Super Mario challenges to immersive virtual reality adventures. Jumbo board games like Connect 4 and Jenga added to the excitement, while a colourful art corner quickly became one of the most popular attractions among kids, teens and even adults eager to join in the creativity.
No Christmas celebration would be complete without Santa Claus, and this year was no exception. Santa made his rounds with cheerful energy, ensuring every child felt the magic and warmth of the season. The distribution of treats and gifts added to the smiles, reinforcing the party’s purpose of making the holidays special, especially for children who may not otherwise receive such festivities.
The atmosphere was made even more festive by a range of food stations that kept everyone happily fuelled throughout the day. Popcorn and cotton candy machines added a nostalgic carnival touch, while an ice-cream truck and snack counters delighted younger guests. A doubles vendor—always a crowd favourite—delivered a flavourful local twist to the celebration.
Behind the scenes, LSA Healthcare’s dedicated team worked for weeks to bring the event to life, ensuring it was safe, organised and unforgettable. Their efforts reflect the company’s long-standing commitment to giving back, particularly to underserved communities. As the organisation celebrated its 22nd anniversary, the leadership emphasised that the event embodies their mission of inclusion, compassion and community upliftment.
“We know that for many of these children, this may be their only Christmas treat,” Leela Ramsingh, founder of LSA Healthcare said. “Every child deserves to experience the true spirit of the season, and we at LSA Healthcare Services Ltd. and the Share Dignity Foundation are proud to support initiatives that uplift and enrich our community. I am extremely pleased with the outcome of our annual Christmas treat.”
LSA Healthcare expressed heartfelt gratitude to the vendors, partners and volunteers who helped make the celebration a success. With each passing year, the Christmas party expands in scale and impact—demonstrating how corporate social responsibility, when paired with genuine care, can transform simple moments into treasured memories.
As families departed with full hearts and wide smiles, it was clear that the event delivered what it promised: joy, hope and holiday magic for the children.
