An­gos­tu­ra Hold­ings Lim­it­ed has an­nounces that its Chief Ex­ec­u­tive Of­fi­cer Pe­ter Sand­strom has re­signed from the or­gan­i­sa­tion with ef­fect from Sep­tem­ber 30, 2020.

In a news re­lease the com­pa­ny said Sand­strom had re­signed due to un­fore­seen fam­i­ly mat­ters re­quir­ing his im­me­di­ate and sus­tained pres­ence in the Unit­ed King­dom.

Ac­cord­ing to a re­lease: “The Board of Di­rec­tors has ac­cept­ed Mr Sand­strom’s res­ig­na­tion and wish­es him and his fam­i­ly well dur­ing these chal­leng­ing times.”

An­gos­tu­ra said in the mean­time its Chief Op­er­at­ing Of­fi­cer Ian Forbes will act as CEO of An­gos­tu­ra in ad­di­tion to his sub­stan­tive du­ties.

An­gos­tu­ra is ma­jor­i­ty owned by the gov­ern­ment of T&T.
