Vishnu Dhanpaul and Conrad Enill have both resigned as directors of National Enterprises Limited.
The resignations were effective July 31.
Pursuant to Section 64(1) b of the Securities Act 2012 the notice was published on the T&T Stock Exchange.
“National Enterprises Ltd (NEL) thanks Mr Dhanpaul, as he exits his long and distinguished national public service, for his valued contributions as a director for the past five years.
“We also express our appreciation to Mr Enill fore his indefatigable role as a director of NEL, and recognise his ongoing duties as chairman of the National Gas Company of T&T (NGC; which continues to demand his time and focus during these challenging times,” the notice stated.
“NEL extends best wishes to both gentlemen in their future endeavours,” it stated.
In its recently published annual report NEL’s general manager Charles Maynard said in the second quarter, notwithstanding the strict lockdown measures in T&T, the Group was able to achieve revenue growth of 24 per cent.
