Po­lice Con­sta­ble Nao­mi Subero who test­ed pos­i­tive for Covid-19 passed away on Jan­u­ary 4th at the San Fer­nan­do Gen­er­al Hos­pi­tal. WPC Subero, 32, who en­list­ed as a Spe­cial Re­serve Po­lice of­fi­cer on De­cem­ber 17th, 2012 was last at­tached to the Princes Town Po­lice Sta­tion, South­ern Di­vi­sion.

Deputy Com­mis­sion­er of Po­lice, Mc Don­ald Ja­cob and the Ex­ec­u­tive of the Trinidad and To­ba­go Po­lice Ser­vice (TTPS), share their deep­est con­do­lences with the fam­i­ly, friends and col­leagues of No. 7299 Woman Po­lice Con­sta­ble NAO­MI SUBERO, who test­ed pos­i­tive for Covid-19 and passed away on Tues­day 4th Jan­u­ary, 2022 at the San Fer­nan­do Gen­er­al Hos­pi­tal.

WPC Subero, 32, who en­list­ed as a Spe­cial Re­serve Po­lice of­fi­cer on De­cem­ber 17th, 2012 was last at­tached to the Princes Town Po­lice Sta­tion, South­ern Di­vi­sion. She al­so served at var­i­ous sta­tions in­clud­ing Gas­par­il­lo, San Fer­nan­do, Ste Made­line, Bar­rack­pore.

Snr. Supt. Lu­cia Win­ches­ter of the South­ern Di­vi­sion, shared that WPC Subero touched the lives of many of her col­leagues and mem­bers of the com­mu­ni­ty with her charis­mat­ic ap­proach to polic­ing. She was de­scribed as lov­ing, gen­er­ous, pleas­ant and very sup­port­ive by her col­leagues who would all dear­ly miss her. WPC Subero leaves to mourn her two chil­dren, moth­er and her three sib­lings one sis­ter who is al­so a po­lice of­fi­cer and two broth­ers.
