ANSA McAL has provided corporate sponsorship of children from St Ann’s, Cascade, Belmont, and East Dry River, towards the Cotton Tree Foundation’s annual vacation camp 2024 – Exploring the World of Science & Life Skills.
The camp which runs for the month of July focuses on topics under STREAM, an approach to learning that uses Science, Technology, Research, Engineering, the Arts and Mathematics as access points for guiding student inquiry dialogue and critical thinking.
Activities are planned to intrigue and educate campers, engaging them in positive and adaptive practices to effectively deal with the demands and challenges of life.
The Cotton Tree Foundation (CTF), established in 1993 by the late Desmond Allum S.C., is a non-governmental organization in St. Ann’s that offers educational services to children, young persons, and parents to give them the skill sand confidence to succeed in life.
ANSA McAL was proud to support CTF in giving back to the community in which it serves, and in continuing to cultivate and foster authentic philanthropic partnerships to support Education as a common denominator towards improving quality of life.
