ANSA McAL has pro­vid­ed cor­po­rate spon­sor­ship of chil­dren from St Ann’s, Cas­cade, Bel­mont, and East Dry Riv­er, to­wards the Cot­ton Tree Foun­da­tion’s an­nu­al va­ca­tion camp 2024 – Ex­plor­ing the World of Sci­ence & Life Skills.

The camp which runs for the month of Ju­ly fo­cus­es on top­ics un­der STREAM, an ap­proach to learn­ing that us­es Sci­ence, Tech­nol­o­gy, Re­search, En­gi­neer­ing, the Arts and Math­e­mat­ics as ac­cess points for guid­ing stu­dent in­quiry di­a­logue and crit­i­cal think­ing.

Ac­tiv­i­ties are planned to in­trigue and ed­u­cate campers, en­gag­ing them in pos­i­tive and adap­tive prac­tices to ef­fec­tive­ly deal with the de­mands and chal­lenges of life.

The Cot­ton Tree Foun­da­tion (CTF), es­tab­lished in 1993 by the late Desmond Al­lum S.C., is a non-gov­ern­men­tal or­ga­ni­za­tion in St. Ann’s that of­fers ed­u­ca­tion­al ser­vices to chil­dren, young per­sons, and par­ents to give them the skill sand con­fi­dence to suc­ceed in life.

ANSA McAL was proud to sup­port CTF in giv­ing back to the com­mu­ni­ty in which it serves, and in con­tin­u­ing to cul­ti­vate and fos­ter au­then­tic phil­an­thropic part­ner­ships to sup­port Ed­u­ca­tion as a com­mon de­nom­i­na­tor to­wards im­prov­ing qual­i­ty of life.
