SASCHA WIL­SON

A restau­rant own­er was as­sault­ed and robbed of mon­ey, his car and oth­er items at his busi­ness place in San Fer­nan­do, on Mon­day, No­vem­ber 7. 

Chris Ja­groo, own­er of Cee­jayz Restau­rant, was his busi­ness place at Na­pari­ma Ma­yaro Road, Co­coyea Vil­lage, around 7:30 pm when two men armed with a firearm and cut­lass walked in. 

Guardian Me­dia un­der­stands the men struck Ja­groo on his head and robbed him of $4,700 cash; three cell phones—a Sam­sung S10 worth $1,600, a Sam­sung S8 worth $1,800 and a Sam­sung J51 val­ued at $500; a DVR for the cam­era sys­tem; and his grey Kia Soren­to val­ued at $165,000.

Of­fi­cers of the Mon Re­pos Po­lice Sta­tion re­spond­ed to the re­port and con­duct­ed in­quiries which led them to Daisey Road, Ste Madeleine where the car was found.
