The second victim in the shooting at The Residence nightclub, One Woodbrook Place, in August died after clinging to life for almost two months.
Businessman Eli Hajahlay, 51, was shot in the head during the incident but died on October 7 at the Port-of-Spain General Hospital.
Guardian Media understands he underwent medical procedures which led to pieces of his brain being removed in an attempt to save his life.
He is the second person shot in the incident to die. The first was businessman Nikhil Luthra, 34, of Pelican Road, Lange Park, who was also shot in the head and was rushed to the POSGH after the incident. He died while receiving treatment an hour and a half later.
The third victim in the shooting, Roger Ramdeo, 34, of Princes Town was hit in the stomach but was treated and discharged from the hospital.
